Superintendent

Project Superintendents supervise all trade partners and work closely with members of the project team to form an effective management team for clients.

• Oversee, manage, and mentor field staff on multifamily projects.
• Develop and implement site logistics plans for occupied and non-occupied residential environments.
• Manage and coordinate all trade partners including scheduling and scope of work.
• Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules for large-scale industrial projects; provide solutions for sequencing, phasing, and activity impacts.
• Perform constructability reviews specific to commercial building systems.
• Manage coordination with authorities having jurisdiction and all required inspections.
• Ensure quality control in accordance with established standards, with a focus on residential finishes and building envelope performance.
• Lead and enforce strict jobsite safety standards and requirements.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a commercial or industrial construction superintendent.
• Experience managing $20 Million+ projects
• OSHA training required.
• Strong ability to read and interpret technical specifications and architectural drawings.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Bluebeam, and scheduling software (MS Project, Primavera, Phoenix).
• Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM).
• Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Active participant in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
