Key Responsibilities

• Project Oversight: Manage the day-to-day activities on the construction site, ensuring all operations align with project timelines, budget, and quality standards.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate subcontractors and on-site personnel, maintaining a safe, efficient, and productive work environment.
• Quality & Safety Management: Implement and enforce quality control measures and safety protocols, conducting regular inspections to ensure all work meets the company's high standards.
• Operational Adaptability: Support multiple projects and teams as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for on-site matters, fostering clear and effective communication among all parties involved.

Our client is looking for a skilled and experienced Construction Superintendent to lead their projects on-site. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience with commercial ground-up construction, working on projects like offices, schools, and retail buildings.

This person is a natural leader and a great problem-solver. They are the main point of contact on the job site, making sure everything runs smoothly and on time. You should be excellent at managing people, from subcontractors to your own team, and know how to keep everyone focused on the project's goals.
