About the Role

Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Ensure daily implementation and maintenance of a clean, safe, and organized worksite. Motivate field operations teams to perform at their highest efficiency, exceeding project expectations for quality, safety, and productivity.

  • Take ownership of the overall project schedule, including development, updates, and execution. Lead scheduling efforts by coordinating subcontractors, equipment, and material resources.

  • Support the management of contract requirements and scopes of work. Maintain field documentation, manage punch-lists and project close-out, and communicate contract/scope changes to the Project Manager.

  • Play a key role in 3D field coordination with the virtual construction team, ensuring all work is installed per the coordinated 3D model.

  • Assist in planning and project setup during the pre-construction phase, including constructability reviews, schedule development, scope alignment, and site logistics planning.

  • Promote and support strong internal and external relationships across all divisions, departments, clients, and community stakeholders.

  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance professional competencies.

About the Candidate

  • High school diploma or equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant work experience preferred

  • Minimum of 5 years of field supervision experience

  • Must be at least 21 years of age

  • Valid North Carolina Driver’s License
