This role presents a pivotal chance to bring clients' dream homes to life. The successful candidate will:

• Provide day-to-day leadership and supervision, overseeing all aspects of construction on assigned luxury homes. This includes ensuring adherence to the highest quality standards, project timelines, and budgets.

• Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail. Inspecting work performed by subcontractors and tradespeople is crucial, ensuring flawless execution and adherence to plans and specifications.

• Collaborate effectively with architects, designers, clients, and subcontractors to address questions, concerns, and maintain a smooth workflow.

• Proactive problem-solving is key. Identifying and resolving challenges efficiently while maintaining the project's integrity and timeline is essential.

• Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment for all.

• A minimum of 5+ years of experience in high-end residential construction is required.
