Superintendent

I am currently representing an Award-Winning commercial construction company currently on a significant growth trajectory.

They are involved with a wide range of construction projects, including commercial, healthcare, K-12, and government buildings.

Due to current growth, they are looking for a Superintendent to cover the Raleigh area.

• Oversee day-to-day operations at construction sites.

• Ensure work adheres to project plans and specifications.

• Direct and coordinate work of subcontractors and on-site personnel.

• Foster a collaborative and efficient working environment.

• Monitor and enforce project schedules.

• Identify and address potential delays promptly.

• Implement and enforce quality control measures.

• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance.

• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations.

• Conduct regular safety meetings and inspections.

• Coordinate delivery and use of materials and equipment.

• Maintain accurate inventory records.

• Address on-site issues promptly and efficiently.

• Collaborate with project manager to find solutions.

• Liaise with project stakeholders, including clients and inspectors.

• Provide regular updates on project progress.

• Maintain accurate records of on-site activities.

• Prepare and submit daily reports as required.

• Proactively identify challenges and propose solutions.

• Collaborate with the project team to ensure smooth project flow.

• Strong knowledge of construction processes and safety regulations.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

• Ability to manage on-site teams effectively.

• Previously had experience as a superintendent on construction projects
