About the Candidate
Required Qualifications Experience:
Proven experience leading electrical construction field operations with a strong background supervising and mentoring Superintendents or large field teams. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining high standards for safety, quality, productivity, and client satisfaction.
Technical Skills:
Strong understanding of electrical construction operations, scheduling, manpower planning, QA/QC procedures, and project coordination. Experience using Procore, Bluebeam, ConEst, Excel, and related construction management software. Ability to oversee field productivity, labor forecasting, and operational planning across multiple projects.
Leadership Skills:
Hands-on leadership style with the ability to coach, mentor, and develop field leaders. Strong communication, delegation, conflict resolution, and team-building abilities. Capable of driving accountability while maintaining a positive and growth-focused culture.
Soft Skills:
Highly organized with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Comfortable working directly with field teams, clients, and upper management. Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced construction environment. Strong commitment to safety, integrity, and continuous improvement.
Preferred Qualifications Education:
Additional education or training in construction management, electrical systems, or leadership development is preferred but not required with relevant experience.
Additional Certifications:
OSHA certifications, electrical licenses, safety training, or manufacturer-specific training are considered a plus.
Additional Experience:
Experience managing large-scale commercial, industrial, or mission-critical projects is highly preferred. Background in field training, operational improvement, or multi-site leadership is also beneficial.
