Reporting to the Project Executive, the Senior Superintendent will have overall responsibility for the day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

About the Role
The Senior Superintendent is responsible for delivering the project safely, on schedule, and to the required quality standards. Typical duties include:
- Leading all day-to-day site operations.
- Developing and maintaining the master construction schedule alongside the project management team.
- Coordinating multiple subcontractors and trade partners.
- Managing site logistics, access, deliveries, cranes, temporary works, and sequencing.
- Driving productivity and resolving field issues before they affect schedule.
- Ensuring compliance with contract documents, specifications, and healthcare-specific requirements.
- Leading site safety culture and enforcing OSHA regulations and company safety policies.
- Overseeing quality control and commissioning readiness.
- Chairing daily and weekly coordination meetings.
About the Candidate
What Our Client Is Looking For
- 8+ years' experience as a Superintendent or Senior Superintendent delivering large-scale commercial construction projects.
- Demonstrable experience leading healthcare projects valued at $300 million+ or similarly complex institutional developments.
- Strong knowledge of hospital construction, including complex MEP systems, commissioning, and healthcare-specific quality requirements.
- Proven ability to lead large field teams and manage multiple subcontractors simultaneously.
- Excellent understanding of construction sequencing, site logistics, scheduling, and lean construction principles.
