About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Site Manager to oversee the drylining works on luxury residential developments in Midhurst and Worthing. This is an excellent opportunity to lead on prestigious, high-spec projects and ensure the timely delivery of top-quality interior finishes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site operations for drylining works, ensuring high standards of quality and safety.

• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site labor to maintain project schedules.

• Monitor and report on progress, proactively addressing any delays or issues.

• Maintain effective communication with project management teams, clients, and other stakeholders.

• Ensure all works are carried out in compliance with health & safety regulations and company standards.

• Oversee quality control processes, snagging, and handovers.

• Support project planning and sequencing of drylining phases.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on drylining packages, ideally on high-end residential projects.

• Strong understanding of drylining techniques, systems, and specifications.

• Ability to manage teams and coordinate multiple trades efficiently.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
