Site Manager

A leading commercial interiors contractor is seeking an experienced Drywall Superintendent to take charge of a major 12-storey hotel project in Washington, D.C.

This role offers the chance to join a well-established company with a strong pipeline of interior construction work across the region. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of this high-profile project from start to finish.

? Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all drywall and framing activities on-site

• Manage crews, subcontractors, deliveries, and scheduling

• Ensure high standards in quality, safety, and productivity

• Conduct daily briefings and liaise with project management

• Proactively resolve site issues to keep the project on track

• Maintain detailed records of site progress and team performance
  
   

   

? Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Drywall Superintendent on large commercial projects

• Strong technical knowledge of framing, drywall, ceilings, and finishes

• Ability to manage teams and subcontractors effectively

• Solid understanding of scheduling, sequencing, and project coordination

• OSHA certification preferred

• Based in the D.C. area or able to reliably commute
