Position Overview:
The Electrical Service Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the service department, ensuring projects and service calls are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standard. This is a leadership role responsible for managing a team of electricians and service technicians, developing client relationships, and driving the continued growth of the service business.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of service technicians and electricians.

Oversee scheduling, dispatch, and coordination of service projects and emergency calls.

Maintain strong client relationships while identifying opportunities for additional work.

Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with codes and safety standards.

Manage budgets, forecasts, and reporting for the service division.

Provide technical support and guidance to the team and clients when needed.

Drive business development within the service division by expanding client accounts and building new relationships.
