Senior Superintendent

Project Oversight: Manage the full project lifecycle, from pre-construction to closeout. This includes reviewing the scope of work and verifying all materials and equipment are included in manufacturer’s quotes before contract signing.

Planning & Coordination: Prepare and submit opening dimensions for customers, ensuring accuracy of buck type, head/sill heights, and vertical alignment. Collaborate with the Project Manager and Sales Team to review and approve shop drawings, confirming finishes relative to frame installation.

Site Management: Coordinate with contractor’s field personnel to schedule and verify field measurements and layouts. Ensure the job site is fully prepared for product delivery and installation crews, checking for acceptable opening dimensions, conditions, and adequate site access.

Logistics & Quality Control: Coordinate material deliveries and conduct regular site visits to ensure work quality, safety, and budgets are maintained according to company standards.

Leadership & Communication: Verify that job foremen are attending site meetings, conducting toolbox talks, and submitting required daily reports. Document installation progress with notes and photographs, create and execute punch lists, and coordinate inspections with all relevant parties.

Team Collaboration: Attend weekly internal coordination meetings to align with project teams and stakeholders.
