Senior Project Manager / Project Executive

A well-established specialist glazing and façade contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager, Project Executive or senior-level façade professional to oversee the successful delivery of complex commercial glazing and building envelope projects.

This is an opportunity for an established project leader with a strong technical background in unitized curtain wall, stick-built curtain wall and window wall systems. The successful candidate will have experience managing significant façade packages from contract award and preconstruction through engineering, procurement, fabrication, installation and final closeout.

Projects range from approximately $2.5M to $30M, requiring strong commercial awareness, technical expertise and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders across demanding construction programmes.

• Lead commercial glazing and façade projects valued between $2.5M and $30M, from contract award through final completion.

• Manage unitized curtain wall, stick-built curtain wall, window wall, storefront and associated architectural glazing systems.

• Take ownership of project budgets, cost forecasting, cash flow, billing, change orders, procurement and financial reporting.

• Review contracts, architectural drawings, specifications, structural details and façade design requirements to identify risks and scope gaps.

• Coordinate design development, engineering, shop drawings, calculations, samples, submittals and approvals.

• Manage material procurement, fabrication schedules, production releases, delivery logistics and long-lead items.

• Develop and maintain project schedules aligned with design, fabrication, site readiness and installation activities.

• Coordinate with superintendents, field installation teams, subcontractors, suppliers and other trades.

• Attend client meetings, design coordination meetings, progress reviews and site meetings.

• Resolve technical issues, design conflicts, RFIs, installation challenges and interface coordination matters.

• Manage project risks, contractual obligations, claims, delays and change management while protecting project margins.

• Monitor quality control, safety compliance, testing, inspections, punch lists and project closeout documentation.

• Mentor Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers, supporting the wider operations team.

• Significant project management experience within a commercial glazing, curtain wall or specialist façade contractor.

• Demonstrable experience delivering unitized curtain wall and/or window wall projects, ideally alongside stick-built curtain wall systems.

• A track record of managing projects or façade packages valued between $2.5M and $30M.

• Strong understanding of façade engineering, shop drawing coordination, fabrication, procurement, installation sequencing and site logistics.

• Proven financial management skills, including forecasting, cost control, change orders and commercial reporting.

• Experience working directly with general contractors, architects, engineers, fabricators and field installation teams.

• Ability to interpret architectural and structural drawings, project specifications and construction schedules.

• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.

• Familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project or similar construction software.
