Senior Project Manager - Nashville

As an Electrical Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of large-scale electrical construction projects—primarily within healthcare or data center/mission-critical environments. You will lead project teams, manage client relationships, control budgets, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining the highest safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all phases of electrical construction projects from pre-construction through to closeout.

• Lead project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and budgeting activities.

• Oversee on-site installation, subcontractor coordination, and compliance with all safety and quality standards.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders.

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

• Lead and mentor project teams, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.

• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet changing conditions or requirements.

• Ensure compliance with local and national electrical codes and regulations.

• Minimum 10 years’ experience managing large-scale electrical projects within healthcare or data center/mission-critical environments.

• Proven track record of delivering multi-million-dollar electrical construction projects from inception to completion.

• Strong understanding of NFPA codes, NEC, and other applicable standards.

• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore, Bluebeam, etc.).

• Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively across disciplines and manage multiple stakeholders.

• Strong financial acumen and experience managing project budgets and forecasts.

• OSHA 30 certification preferred.

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
