Senior Project Manager

A well-established commercial glazing contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join its growing team in Texas.

This is a key role for a seasoned glazing professional who can manage multiple commercial projects from cradle to grave, while working within established company processes and systems.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in commercial glazing and be comfortable managing a substantial project portfolio. While 10+ years of glazing industry experience is preferred, candidates with exceptional technical knowledge and relevant project management experience will also be considered.

• Manage multiple commercial glazing projects from contract award through completion
• Oversee approximately 10–12 projects simultaneously
• Manage a total project portfolio of approximately $12M
• Coordinate projects ranging from approximately $500K to $5M
• Review drawings, specifications, contracts and project requirements
• Coordinate with clients, general contractors, subcontractors, vendors and internal teams
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, costs and profitability
• Coordinate procurement, materials and project resources
• Identify and resolve project issues before they impact schedule or profitability
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting
• Ensure projects are managed in accordance with company processes and procedures
• Work closely with field superintendents and internal support teams
• Maintain strong communication throughout the entire project lifecycle
• Ensure projects are delivered successfully, profitably and to client expectations

• 10+ years of commercial glazing industry experience preferred
• Strong understanding of commercial glazing systems and project execution
• Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience managing projects in the $1M–$5M+ range
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities
• Strong understanding of project financials and profitability
• Ability to manage a significant workload without losing attention to detail
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a wider project team
• Proficiency with standard project management and office software
