About the Role
We're searching for a Senior Project Manager with strong general contracting experience and a passion for leading from the front. This isn’t just another PM job: this is a role with a clear pathway to Divisional Leadership and ultimately Director of Project Management.
As a senior leader, you'll oversee multiple projects, mentor junior staff, and act as the right hand to the owner. You’ll be supported by a team of 3 Project Managers, 1 Assistant PM, and a dedicated Submittal Manager handling all project documentation.
About the Candidate

Minimum 10 years of PM experience in ground-up construction (GC side)
- Experience with railroad projects is a big plus

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar

Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously
- Valid Driver’s License (non-negotiable)

Strong leadership and organizational skills
