- Experience: 10–20 years working with an electrical contractor, with recent experience in a project management leadership role
- Well-Rounded Skillset: Proven capability across both administrative/project controls and technical scope-of-work execution
- Sector Experience (Ideal): 5+ years of experience delivering data center projects
- Sector Experience (Concession): Candidates without data center experience will still be considered if they bring strong, transferable expertise from other sectors within electrical contracting
