Senior Level Estimator ( Facades )

My client is an employee-owned company specializing in high-end commercial façade projects. They are looking for  Senior Estimator with extensive experience in unitized curtain wall systems.

This is a hands-on role, requiring 100% site-based involvement on high-end commercial projects. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly experienced, and able to manage complicated scopes from concept through bid.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed estimates for high-end commercial façade projects, specializing in unitized curtain wall systems.

• Review project drawings, specifications, and scope of work to develop accurate cost proposals.

• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to clarify design and scope issues.

• Maintain and update estimating templates, databases, and records in Bluebeam, Excel, and other estimating software (OST a plus).

• Evaluate subcontractor and supplier bids to ensure accuracy and competitiveness.

• Participate in pre-bid meetings and site visits as needed.

• Deliver two-stage estimates accurately and on schedule

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of estimating experience in unitized curtain wall systems.

• Proven track record with high-end commercial projects and complex scopes.

• Hands-on experience with Bluebeam and Excel; familiarity with OST or similar estimating software is a plus.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
