Roofing & Cladding Site Manager

Are you looking for a new challenge in site management? Due to sustained growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and experienced Site Manager.

This crucial full-time role involves overseeing daily site operations and ensuring projects are completed successfully, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You'll report to the Contracts Manager and play a key role in leading and collaborating with project teams. You will be based on sites across the UK.

• Managing site teams and supervising subcontractors on a daily basis.

• Monitoring performance against established targets.

• Tracking project progress and forecasting future needs.

• Efficiently organizing site facilities and logistics.

• Requisitioning materials in line with procurement schedules and project timelines.

• Ensuring strict compliance with Health & Safety policies and regulations.

• Maintaining rigorous quality control procedures.

• A successful and proven track record within the roofing and cladding industry .

• The ability to accurately interpret and work from technical drawings.

• Excellent time management skills , including prioritizing workload and meeting tight deadlines efficiently.

• The capacity to work effectively under pressure, adapt to changing circumstances, and manage unforeseen challenges.

• Strong team leadership skills .

• Exceptional organizational skills .

• Good commercial awareness .

• Excellent understanding and application of Health & Safety protocols.

• Proficiency in IT tools, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Self-motivation , drive, a proactive attitude, and a results-oriented approach.

• Strong business communication skills and a professional demeanor.

• Keen attention to detail and a proven ability to solve problems effectively.

• Valid SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) and First Aid at Work certifications.

• A full UK Driving Licence .
