About the Role

Policy Development: Design and maintain enterprise-wide QA/QC policies, standards, and procedures.

Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with executive leadership on operational excellence and long-term strategic planning.

Performance Metrics: Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks to monitor quality performance across all regions.

Program Management: Provide executive oversight for QA/QC initiatives across multiple complex projects.

Cross-Functional Integration: Partner with Operations, Safety, and Prefabrication teams to embed quality into the project lifecycle.

Project Closeout: Support commissioning, turnover, and formal client acceptance processes to ensure flawless delivery.

Regulatory Adherence: Ensure strict compliance with industry codes, regulatory requirements, and client specifications.

Audit Management: Oversee project audits, inspections, and quality reviews to maintain high performance standards.

Problem Solving: Lead root cause analysis and provide expert guidance on risk mitigation for complex quality issues.

Workforce Development: Lead QA/QC training programs and strategic workforce development initiatives.

External Liaison: Serve as the company’s primary representative in client meetings and third-party audits.
