About the Role
- Creating, managing, and updating detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
- Performing schedule analysis, forecasting, and resource planning.
- Supporting claims analysis and providing documentation to support time-impact evaluations.
- Developing and maintaining man loading and cost loading plans across project schedules.
- Coordinating with project teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure alignment with project timelines.
- Identifying scheduling risks and recommending mitigation strategies.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced scheduler with proven claims expertise and strong project controls knowledge, including man loading and cost loading.

- Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 (essential).
- Demonstrated experience in claims analysis and time-impact evaluations.
- Hands-on expertise with man loading and cost loading on complex projects.
- Minimum 6 years’ scheduling experience with exposure to at least 3 large-scale projects.
- Prior scheduling experience within construction or electrical contracting.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment while also being highly self-motivated.
