Project Manager - Unitised Curtain Wall

The company is seeking a skilled Project Manager with extensive experience in unitized curtain wall systems. The ideal candidate will manage projects from pre-construction through final installation, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong coordination with design teams, fabrication, subcontractors, and clients.

• Manage all aspects of unitized curtain wall projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.

• Oversee project documentation, submittals, RFIs, and contract compliance.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, consultants, and general contractors.

• Coordinate with engineering, fabrication, and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution.

• Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to maintain schedule and quality standards.

• Conduct site inspections and progress meetings, providing timely updates to stakeholders.

• Manage change orders, cost tracking, and invoicing in line with company policies.

• Lead, mentor, and motivate project teams to achieve operational excellence.

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience managing curtain wall projects, with a strong emphasis on unitized systems .

• Proven track record in delivering large-scale commercial and high-end residential façade projects.

• Excellent understanding of construction documentation, shop drawings, and installation sequences.

• Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in project management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project) and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Exceptional communication and client relationship skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or Engineering.

• Familiarity with New York City building codes and façade regulations.

• Experience with BIM coordination and 3D modeling tools.
