Project Manager - Multi Family

We're expanding into the Charlotte market and looking for the right person to help lead the charge. We're seeking a Multifamily Project Manager who exemplifies character, competence, and chemistry—someone who doesn’t just fit the culture, but helps shape it.

• Lead field operations across multiple concurrent multifamily construction projects (each ranging from $35M–$58M+, up to 350+ units), from mobilization through final turnover.

• Oversee Superintendents and field teams to ensure alignment with project schedules, safety standards, and key milestones.

• Drive performance in scheduling, subcontractor coordination, cost control, and quality assurance.

• Act as the primary problem solver and escalation point for all field-related challenges.

• Contribute to scope reviews and subcontractor buyouts; provide real-time feedback to Preconstruction during active projects.

• Manage project documentation—including RFIs, submittals, and change orders—using Procore.

• Collaborate with Development, Property Management, and other internal teams to ensure seamless coordination at the site level.

• Champion a culture of jobsite safety, accountability, and operational excellence across all projects.

• A self-starter who takes initiative and leads by example.

• Demonstrated experience managing ground-up commercial or multifamily construction projects.

• Skilled at building both high-quality projects and high-performing teams—committed to hiring well and fostering a strong team culture.

• Thrives in an entrepreneurial environment and energized by the chance to help shape operations from the ground up.

• Excellent communicator with a strong background in subcontractor oversight and cross-functional collaboration.

• Tech-savvy, with hands-on experience using Procore, Excel, and other project management tools.

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field preferred (equivalent experience will also be considered).
