Project Manager

Location: Suffolk
Salary: £100,000–£110,000 + Comprehensive Package

A leading UK main contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a major construction project in Suffolk.

As Project Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the successful delivery of the project, ensuring it is completed safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing the day-to-day delivery of the project from pre-construction through to completion.
• Leading site teams, subcontractors and the wider project team.
• Overseeing programme, quality, health & safety and commercial performance.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants and key stakeholders.
• Managing project risks and ensuring issues are resolved efficiently.
• Driving programme performance while maintaining high standards across all aspects of delivery.
• Providing leadership, direction and support to the site management team.

We're looking for an experienced Project Manager who has:

• A proven background working for a recognised Tier 1 or established Tier 2 main contractor.
• Experience delivering large-scale construction projects valued at £60 million+.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent programme, client and stakeholder management experience.
• A proactive approach with the ability to manage complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
• A strong focus on quality, safety and successful project delivery.
