Project Manager

They provide full design, supply and installation services across a broad range of specialist packages, including drylining, partitioning, acoustic and suspended ceilings, SFS, rainscreen cladding, glazed partitions and fire protection.

Their project portfolio includes major commercial, infrastructure, education and residential schemes, as well as significant railway and station projects.

You will take ownership of drylining projects from pre-start through to completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, efficiently, commercially and to a high standard.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing drylining projects from pre-start through to completion
• Planning and managing labour, materials and subcontractors
• Managing project programmes and ensuring key milestones are achieved
• Managing client relationships and attending project meetings
• Coordinating with site teams, subcontractors and other trades
• Monitoring progress, quality and productivity
• Managing variations and commercial aspects of projects
• Identifying and resolving issues before they impact delivery
• Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme and to specification
• Taking full ownership of project delivery

We are looking for someone who has already proven themselves as a Drylining Project Manager.

You should have:

• Proven experience delivering commercial drylining projects
• A genuine understanding of the drylining trade
• Experience managing labour, programmes and subcontractors
• Strong client-facing and communication skills
• The ability to take ownership without needing to be chased
• Good commercial awareness and organisational skills
• The confidence to make decisions and solve problems independently

This is not a first-step PM role. Candidates must have genuinely run and delivered projects as a Project Manager.

That said, this would suit an ambitious PM who wants to develop further and potentially progress towards Contracts Manager level over time.
