Project Manager

Our client is a well-established glazing contractor specialising in commercial projects valued between $10K and $3M. They deliver a wide range of glazing and façade packages, including curtain wall, window wall, and storefront systems.

With a strong pipeline of ongoing work, they have built a solid reputation for quality workmanship, reliable project delivery, and professionalism across the industry. As they continue to grow, they are seeking experienced professionals to support their expanding portfolio and maintain their high standards.

• Manage glazing projects from handover through to completion.
• Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, and timelines to keep work on track.
• Review drawings, specifications, and scope of work for accuracy and feasibility.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor site progress and ensure work is carried out to required standards.
• Identify and resolve any issues or delays to maintain project momentum.
• Ensure all health, safety, and quality standards are consistently met.

• 1–5 years’ experience as a Project Manager within the glazing industry
• Background working on commercial projects
• Hands-on experience with curtain wall and storefront systems
• Strong understanding of project coordination, scheduling, and delivery
• Ability to manage multiple projects within the $10K–$3M range
• Good communication skills and ability to liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and meeting deadlines
