Project Manager

We are seeking a driven and technically strong Project Manager to oversee glass and glazing projects across New York City. This role is ideal for someone with a solid foundation in curtain wall, storefront, and interior glazing systems who is ready to take ownership of projects from preconstruction through completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, typically valued under $5M

• Oversee full project lifecycle including estimating handover, planning, procurement, installation, and closeout

• Coordinate with clients, general contractors, architects, and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery

• Lead and support field teams, ensuring productivity, quality, and adherence to project timelines

• Monitor budgets, track costs, and maintain financial control of projects

• Utilize construction management software (e.g., Procore) for documentation, scheduling, and reporting

• Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with safety regulations and site requirements

• Conduct site visits across all five boroughs to oversee progress and resolve issues proactively

Project Types:

• Curtain wall and storefront systems

• Interior glass and glazing packages

• High-end residential and luxury condominium projects

• Small to mid-sized commercial developments

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in glass/glazing, curtain wall, storefront, or related sectors (e.g., interior glass, millwork, metal systems)

• Strong technical understanding of façade and construction systems

• Proven ability to lead teams and drive projects to successful completion

• High energy, proactive mindset with a “go-getter” attitude

• Experience using Procore or similar construction management platforms

• SST and/or OSHA certifications (required for site access)

• Strong communication and organizational skills
