Project Manager

Our client is a growing glazing contractor based in Dallas, delivering high-quality façade and glazing packages across the commercial sector. They specialize in curtain wall, storefront, window wall, and architectural glass systems, supporting projects from preconstruction through installation. With a strong pipeline and repeat general contractor relationships, they are actively delivering commercial projects valued up to $4M, maintaining a reputation for technical expertise, reliable execution, and schedule-driven performance.

• Provide overall project management leadership for multiple commercial glazing projects across the Dallas market (up to $4M per project), overseeing full lifecycle execution from preconstruction through closeout
• Develop and manage comprehensive project schedules in coordination with field leadership, General Contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders
• Oversee project budgets, cost forecasting, and financial reporting to ensure margin performance and risk mitigation
• Lead contract administration, including scope review, subcontract management, and compliance with contract documents
• Direct procurement strategy, material buyout, and vendor coordination to align with schedule and budget objectives
• Facilitate coordination meetings with GCs, architects, consultants, and other trades to address design conflicts, sequencing challenges, and project risks
• Review shop drawings, submittals, RFIs, and change documentation to ensure alignment with design intent and contractual requirements
• Manage change orders, claims, and scope modifications, ensuring accurate documentation and timely client communication
• Partner with field superintendents to monitor installation progress, productivity metrics, and quality control benchmarks
• Oversee project risk management, proactively identifying schedule, cost, and operational exposures
• Ensure adherence to safety standards, corporate policies, and regulatory requirements in collaboration with field leadership

• Oversee multiple commercial glazing projects concurrently (up to $4M per project)
• Lead and manage field superintendents, foremen, and installation crews
• Extensive experience with curtain wall, storefront, window wall, and architectural glass systems
• Coordinate site logistics, sequencing, and manpower planning to meet aggressive schedules
• Strong ability to read and interpret shop drawings, structural details, and specifications
• Drive production tracking, installation quality control, and field problem-solving
• Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and enforce site-specific safety programs
• Collaborate with project managers on budgeting, cost control, and change order execution
• Maintain clear communication with general contractors, architects, consultants, and internal teams
• Oversee material deliveries, crane picks, and equipment coordination
• Identify and mitigate field risks, delays, and installation conflicts proactively
