Project Manager – North Austin / Georgetown

Location: North Austin / Georgetown, Texas

Project: 10,000 SF Retail Facility + 25,000 SF Industrial Centre

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to join a well-known and highly respected construction company as they establish and grow their new Austin operation.

The successful candidate will take a key leadership role overseeing a 10,000 SF retail development alongside a 25,000 SF industrial centre in the North Austin / Georgetown area.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the project from preconstruction through to completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
• Manage subcontractor procurement, contracts and performance.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, consultants and project stakeholders.
• Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication with all parties.
• Monitor costs, changes, progress and project financial performance.
• Review plans, specifications and construction documents.
• Identify and resolve project issues proactively.

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in commercial, retail, industrial or similar ground-up construction.

You should have:

• Proven experience managing ground-up construction projects.
• Strong understanding of project financials, scheduling and contract administration.
• Experience managing subcontractors and consultants.
• Excellent communication and client-management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational ability.
