Project Manager

Senior leadership role managing large-scale healthcare construction projects from planning through completion. Responsible for defining project goals, overseeing design and construction teams, and ensuring quality, cost, and schedule targets are met.

• Lead feasibility studies, planning, and project visioning with senior stakeholders
• Manage architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors, including selection and contracts
• Oversee design development, construction documentation, and site investigations
• Control budgets, schedules, risks, and monthly reporting
• Secure required approvals (zoning, planning, permits, etc.)
• Direct construction administration, change orders, and performance monitoring
• Coordinate equipment, furnishings, and installation planning
• Deliver executive-level reporting to clients and stakeholders
• Mentor and supervise project management staff
• Use project management systems (e.g., e-Builder)

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or similar
• 10+ years of healthcare construction/project management experience
• Experience managing large projects ($100M–$500M)
• Strong skills in budgeting, scheduling, contracts, and stakeholder management
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (e-Builder preferred)
