About the Role

We are supporting a leading general contractor in the search for an experienced Project Manager to join their growing team in Charleston, SC. The role will focus on the successful delivery of complex, high-value projects in the healthcare and commercial sectors, with budgets ranging from $10M to $100M.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and close-out of commercial and/or healthcare construction projects.

• Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.

• Coordinate and communicate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.

• Manage schedules, budgets, and project documentation.

• Ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards.

• Oversee and mentor project teams and site staff.
