About the Role
We are supporting a leading general contractor in the search for an experienced Project Manager to join their growing team in Charleston, SC. The role will focus on the successful delivery of complex, high-value projects in the healthcare and commercial sectors, with budgets ranging from $10M to $100M.
Lead the planning, execution, and close-out of commercial and/or healthcare construction projects.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
Coordinate and communicate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
Manage schedules, budgets, and project documentation.
Ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards.
Oversee and mentor project teams and site staff.
