Project Manager

The company has built a strong reputation for delivering complex, high-quality restaurant projects while maintaining close relationships with owners, architects, consultants, subcontractors and vendors.

Due to continued growth, they are looking to add an experienced Project Manager to their South Florida team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to work on some of the region's most prestigious restaurant and hospitality projects.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Take ownership of project execution from turnover through final completion.
• Review plans, specifications, contracts, allowances, exclusions and project requirements.
• Develop and maintain project schedules in coordination with field teams.
• Manage project budgets, cost tracking and financial performance.
• Lead subcontractor and vendor buyout and maintain accurate procurement information.
• Prepare scopes of work and coordinate subcontractor agreements.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders and project documentation.
• Review and negotiate subcontractor and vendor change orders.
• Prepare owner change orders and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, consultants and project stakeholders.
• Conduct regular project site visits and work closely with the Superintendent and field team.
• Monitor project progress, issues and schedule updates.
• Review project invoices, pay applications and subcontractor billings.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication across the project team.
• Oversee punch list, commissioning and project closeout.
• Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget and to the required quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 5+ years of commercial construction Project Management experience.
• Proven experience delivering high-end restaurant projects.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, ideally 3–5 projects at a time.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant construction, finishes, MEP coordination and building systems.
• Experience managing subcontractors, vendors, consultants and project teams.
• Strong understanding of contracts, budgets, schedules and project documentation.
• Experience with buyout, subcontractor scopes and procurement.
• Strong change order and cost-control experience.
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
• Experience with Procore, Microsoft Project and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining organization, quality and schedule.
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or a related field is preferred, or equivalent industry experience.
