About the Client
We are seeking a disciplined Construction Project Manager
to lead the administrative and financial execution of a stand-alone facility within an elite South Florida country club. You will own the office side of the build contracts, budgets, and client relations while partnering with a dedicated on-site Superintendent who handles the field.
About the Role

Financial Control: Total oversight of project costs, owner billings, subcontractor pay apps, and contingency tracking.

Communication: Serve as the primary liaison for Club Ownership; lead weekly OAC meetings and provide polished progress reports.

Administration: Manage the "paper trail" (RFIs, Submittals, COs) via Procore to ensure the design team and subs stay on track.

Logistics: Coordinate with the club to ensure construction activities never disrupt the member experience.

Schedule: Manage the critical path and proactively mitigate delays.
About the Candidate
- Experience: 5–10+ years in commercial PM roles, specifically with ground-up projects ($3M–$10M range).
- Local Expertise: Strong grasp of South Florida permitting and hurricane-resistant building requirements.
- Tech Savvy: Proficient in Procore , MS Project, and advanced Excel.
- Soft Skills: Professional, "client-ready" demeanor suitable for a private club environment.
- Logistics: Must reside within 45 minutes of central Miami-Dade.
