Project Manager

Education: A bachelor's degree in construction management, construction engineering, or a related field is preferred.

Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial construction project management.

Technical Skills: Proficiency with project management software like Procore or Microsoft Project is essential. You should also have a strong understanding of construction drawings, contracts, and financial accounting systems.

Project Management: Develop, coordinate, and manage all facets of the project.

Budgeting & Financials: Create and manage project budgets, track costs, process invoices, and handle change orders.

Scheduling: Develop and maintain project schedules, and coordinate with subcontractors to ensure timelines are met.

Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary liaison between clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and the internal project team.

Safety & Compliance: Enforce safety standards, ensure compliance with building codes and regulations, and obtain necessary permits.

Bidding & Contracts: Lead the bid process for general contractors, negotiate and review contracts, and manage subcontractor relationships.

Quality Control: Oversee the quality of work, conduct site visits, and manage punch lists for project closeout.

Problem-Solving: Proactively identify and resolve potential risks, issues, or delays.

Leadership: Provide leadership and mentorship to the project team.
