Key Responsibilities

Project Planning and Execution:
Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, budget, and timeline. Manage all project stages from pre-construction to closeout.

Team and Subcontractor Management:
Lead, mentor, and coordinate project teams, including superintendents, foremen, and field crews. Oversee subcontractors to ensure work quality and adherence to schedules.

Budget and Cost Control:
Monitor project costs against the approved budget, managing change orders and ensuring project profitability.

Scheduling:
Create and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring all tasks are completed on time. Proactively identify and resolve potential delays.

Quality and Safety Assurance:
Enforce quality standards and safety protocols on all job sites, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and engineers. Provide regular updates on project progress and address any concerns.
