• Manage day-to-day operations of multiple projects from pre-construction through closeout

• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, architects, engineers, and owners

• Develop project schedules, budgets, and timelines

• Lead jobsite meetings and maintain clear communication with stakeholders

• Oversee quality control, safety compliance, and risk management

• Review and approve submittals, RFIs, change orders, and invoices

• Ensure on-time, within-budget project completion with a focus on client satisfaction

• Minimum 5+ years of Project Management experience in commercial and/or industrial construction

• Proven ability to manage projects ranging from $500K to $20M

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• Proficiency in construction software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, etc.)

• Working knowledge of local building codes and permitting processes

• OSHA 30 and PMP certification (preferred but not required)
