About the Client

Our client deal exclusively in the multi-family & commercial renovations industry in the DFW Metroplex. They are a top-shelf contractor, and specialize in multifamily/commercial renovations including:
• Leasing/clubhouse renovations and additions
• Unit upgrades and renovations
• Fire/damage restoration
• Electrical upgrades and repairs
• Plumbing upgrades and repairs
• Interior/exterior painting and carpentry
• Concrete/parking repairs and striping
• Porcelain, ceramic, and glass tile, Backsplash, Marble, Granite, and Travertine
• Framing
• Roofing
• Masonry/Stucco
• Fencing/Retaining Walls

About the Role

  1. Project Planning & Scheduling

    • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones.
    • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and designers to finalize renovation scopes.
    • Ensure all necessary permits and approvals are obtained.
  2. Budget Management

    • Prepare and manage project budgets.
    • Track expenses and ensure cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
    • Handle change orders and financial reporting.
  3. Team Coordination

    • Lead and coordinate subcontractors, tradespeople, and internal teams.
    • Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure accountability.
    • Conduct regular site meetings and updates.
  4. Client Communication

    • Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project.
    • Provide regular updates, manage expectations, and address concerns promptly.
  5. Quality Control & Compliance

    • Ensure all work meets building codes, safety regulations, and client specifications.
    • Conduct site inspections and quality checks at various stages.
    • Resolve issues or delays that arise during construction.
  6. Risk Management

    • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
    • Ensure safety protocols are followed on-site.
  7. Project Close-Out

    • Oversee final inspections and punch lists.
    • Ensure all documentation is completed and handed over.
    • Conduct post-project evaluations and client handovers.
