- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and designers to finalize renovation scopes.
- Ensure all necessary permits and approvals are obtained.

- Prepare and manage project budgets.
- Track expenses and ensure cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
- Handle change orders and financial reporting.

Team Coordination
- Lead and coordinate subcontractors, tradespeople, and internal teams.
- Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure accountability.
- Conduct regular site meetings and updates.

Client Communication
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project.
- Provide regular updates, manage expectations, and address concerns promptly.

Quality Control & Compliance
- Ensure all work meets building codes, safety regulations, and client specifications.
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks at various stages.
