About the Role
- Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of commercial electrical projects from start to finish
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely and profitable delivery
- Work closely with clients, general contractors, engineers, and field teams to maintain strong communication throughout the project
- Review and approve submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards, codes, and project specifications
- Lead project meetings and provide regular progress updates to internal and external stakeholders
- Use Procore to track project performance, documentation, and communication
- Support field operations, ensuring materials, manpower, and equipment are properly coordinated
- Identify and resolve potential issues early to maintain project quality and client satisfaction
About the Candidate
- Someone with 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager
- 7+ years in the electrical industry, specifically working on commercial projects
- Strong experience using Procore or similar project management software
- Proven background in managing projects valued at $5 million or more
- A solid understanding of commercial electrical systems and construction processes
- Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to coordinate field and office teams
