• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, schedules, and project resources with precision.
• In-depth understanding of electrical systems, industry codes, and safety standards.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, with a proven track record of team collaboration and client relations.
• Skilled in using project management tools and software such as Primavera and Microsoft Project.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar credential is preferred.
