They specialize in drywall, metal framing, acoustical ceilings, specialty ceilings, exterior wall systems and interior fit-outs, and are known for delivering complex projects on time and to the highest quality standards.

Due to continued growth, they are looking to add an experienced Project Manager to their Boston team.

The Role

You will be responsible for managing multiple commercial drywall and interiors projects from handover through to close-out, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial drywall and interior systems projects throughout Massachusetts and New England.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules and contract administration.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and field operations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, general contractors and design teams.
• Review drawings, RFIs, change orders and submittals.
• Lead project meetings and provide regular progress updates.
• Ensure projects meet quality, safety and financial objectives

Requirements

• 5+ years' experience as a Project Manager within commercial drywall, interiors or wall & ceiling construction.
• Strong understanding of drywall, metal framing and acoustical ceiling systems.
• Experience managing commercial projects from start to finish.
• Ability to read construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office. Experience with Procore, Bluebeam or similar construction software is advantageous.
