Commercial Drywall Project Manager

Location: Austin, Texas

Salary: $85,000 - $120,000 + Benefits

A growing commercial drywall and interior systems contractor is looking to hire an experienced Project Manager to oversee projects across Central Texas. The successful candidate will manage commercial drywall, metal framing and acoustical ceiling projects from award through closeout, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.

esponsibilities

• Manage multiple commercial drywall and interior systems projects.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets and day-to-day operations.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and field teams.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders and project documentation.
• Build strong relationships with clients, general contractors and project stakeholders.
• Conduct regular site visits and monitor project progress.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on time and within budget.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Project Management experience within commercial drywall or interior systems.
• Knowledge of drywall, metal stud framing and acoustical ceilings.
• Experience managing commercial construction projects.
• Ability to read construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Experience with Procore, Bluebeam or similar construction software is an advantage.
