Overview
An established construction and building components firm is seeking a Mid–Senior Level Project Manager to join its team in Reno, NV. This role is ideal for a driven professional with strong experience managing projects in union environments and overseeing complex construction scopes from preconstruction through closeout.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple construction projects simultaneously from initiation to completion
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts
• Ensure compliance with union labor requirements and agreements
• Oversee procurement, contract administration, and change order management
• Conduct regular site visits and maintain quality and safety standards
• Provide leadership to project teams and mentor junior staff
• Communicate project updates clearly to stakeholders and senior leadership

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience in construction or related field
• Strong understanding of union project requirements and labor coordination
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractors
• Experience with commercial construction, façades, or building envelope systems is advantageous
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline
• Experience working on large-scale or multi-trade projects
• Familiarity with the Reno/Nevada construction market
