Project Manager (Healthcare)

The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all project resources from initiation through closeout. This role ensures that client expectations, budgetary goals, and project timelines are consistently met or exceeded. The Project Manager leads every phase of the project—including preconstruction when applicable—managing budgets, costs, schedules, risk mitigation, insurance compliance, work quality, overall performance, and progress against established plans.

• Provide leadership and clear communication to field supervision, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure alignment with the project schedule.

• Represent the company professionally in all interactions with owners, architects, consultants, government authorities, vendors, and subcontractors.

• Oversee and manage the financial components of the owner’s contract, subcontracts, and purchase orders.

• Lead multiple projects concurrently, adjusting approach based on project size, complexity, and type.

• Perform Project Engineer responsibilities when project scope, budget, or staffing requires hands-on involvement.

• Evaluate the performance of Project Engineers, identifying opportunities for training and professional development.

• Promote and maintain a collaborative, team-oriented environment within the project team and across departments.
