Project Manager - DFW

My client is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a background in commercial glazing systems, specifically storefront and curtain wall projects. This role will oversee multiple projects from award through closeout while driving schedules, coordination, financial performance, and customer relationships.

The company is experiencing substantial growth and is looking for someone who can step into a fast-moving environment and help scale operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial glazing projects from preconstruction through completion
• Oversee storefront and curtain wall installations across a diverse project portfolio
• Coordinate with superintendents, field teams, general contractors, vendors, and internal departments
• Maintain project schedules, budgets, and overall financial performance
• Review drawings, submittals, RFIs, and project documentation
• Lead project meetings and maintain communication with customers and stakeholders
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget
• Support forecasting and backlog management initiatives
• Help drive operational efficiency during a period of rapid company growth

Required Experience

• Minimum 3–4+ years of management experience within commercial glazing
• Strong background with:

  • Curtain wall systems
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience working in fast-paced construction environments
