Project Manager - Big Box Retail

• Seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead the delivery of big-box retail projects, such as Home Depot, Walmart, and similar ground-up or renovation builds. This role is based in Dallas, with light travel (1–2 times per month), and is ideal for candidates with 3–5 years of experience looking to take the next step in their construction career.
   

• Manage retail construction projects valued between $5M and $10M

• Oversee all project phases from pre-construction to closeout

• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams

• Maintain project budgets, schedules, and reporting

• Monitor jobsite progress through regular communication and site visits

• Support field operations and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards

• Identify and mitigate risks and issues proactively

• Foster strong working relationships with project stakeholders

• Participate in change order management and contract administration

• 3–5 years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction

• Experience managing big-box retail projects (e.g., Walmart, Home Depot, etc.)

• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills

• Comfortable overseeing multiple stakeholders and site logistics

• Ability to travel 1–2 times per month as needed
