We are seeking an experienced Project Executive to oversee and lead the successful execution of commercial storefront, glazing, curtain wall, and façade projects from pre-construction through completion. The Project Executive will provide strategic leadership to project managers, ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget, and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and internal teams.

Provide executive-level oversight of multiple commercial construction projects
simultaneously.
Lead and mentor project managers, assistant project managers, and project teams.
Ensure projects meet schedule, budget, quality, and safety requirements.
Work closely with the estimating team during preconstruction to review project scope, budgets, and risk.
Oversee contract negotiations, change orders, and financial performance of projects.Monitor project cost reports, forecasts, and profitability.
Maintain strong relationships with general contractors, developers, architects, and suppliers.
Identify and resolve high-level project risks, conflicts, and challenges.
Ensure proper resource allocation across multiple projects
Participate in strategic planning, business development, and operational improvements.
Support project teams with procurement strategies, scheduling, and execution planning.
Conduct regular project reviews and performance evaluations.
