Overview

A leading interiors and façade contractor is seeking an experienced Prefabrication / Cold-Form Metal Framing Lead to oversee the installation and rigging of prefabricated cold-form metal systems.

This position suits an experienced tradesperson — ideally from a drywall or carpentry background — with extensive knowledge of load-bearing metal framing, exterior sheathing systems, and prefabrication installation. Candidates from the external framing or steel industries with relevant rigging qualifications are also encouraged to apply.

  • Read and interpret structural and shop drawings for load-bearing systems

  • Supervise framing crews or subcontractors, maintaining quality and efficiency

  • Conduct inspections, maintain quality documentation, and ensure tolerance compliance
