• Report project status regularly to the Project Manager.
• Maintain and secure plumbing tools and equipment.
• Suggest improvements to plumbing services.
• Perform assigned duties in compliance with regulations and safety standards.

• High school diploma; plumbing training required.
• 5+ years of commercial plumbing experience.
• Basic literacy and math skills.
• Ability to read plumbing plans and blueprints.
• Skill in assessing work quality.
• Fluent in English communication.
• Full mobility and ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Strong hearing, vision, and spatial skills.
• Mechanical aptitude for plumbing systems.
• Ability to train and manage plumbers efficiently.
• Competence in scheduling and resource planning.
• Pass background check and drug tests.
