The Plumbing Field Superintendent will take a hands-on leadership role overseeing commercial plumbing projects and field operations throughout the Atlanta area.

This person will be responsible for coordinating field crews, maintaining project schedules, ensuring work is completed safely and to a high standard, and acting as a key point of contact between the field, project management, general contractors, and other trades.

The role is suited to an experienced commercial plumbing professional who understands what it takes to keep projects moving in the field. You will be expected to identify issues early, communicate effectively, coordinate manpower and materials, and make sure commitments are followed through.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing day-to-day plumbing field operations and crews
• Coordinating manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractors
• Working closely with project managers, general contractors, and other trades
• Reading and interpreting plans, specifications, and project requirements
• Monitoring project progress, quality, and schedule
• Identifying field issues and resolving problems before they impact the project
• Maintaining a strong focus on safety, workmanship, and productivity
• Communicating project updates clearly to both internal and external stakeholders
• Ensuring work is completed correctly, efficiently, and according to project requirements
• Providing leadership, direction, and accountability to field personnel
• Building positive working relationships with customers, contractors, and project teams

The ideal candidate will be an experienced commercial plumbing professional with strong field leadership skills and the ability to take ownership of projects from a field perspective.

You should be comfortable leading crews, coordinating with general contractors, managing competing priorities, and making practical decisions in a fast-paced construction environment.

• Has significant experience in commercial plumbing construction
• Has experience as a Superintendent, Foreman, Lead Foreman, or similar field leadership position
• Understands commercial plumbing installation, construction processes, and jobsite coordination
• Can read and understand plumbing plans, drawings, and specifications
• Is confident managing crews and holding people accountable
• Communicates clearly and professionally with customers, contractors, and internal teams
• Is organized and capable of keeping projects moving according to schedule
• Takes pride in quality workmanship and jobsite standards
• Is proactive in identifying and solving problems
