Plumbing Division Manager

• Oversee all day-to-day operations of the residential plumbing division, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
• Manage, mentor, and support plumbing crews and field supervisors to maintain high performance and quality standards
• Coordinate scheduling, manpower, and material orders across multiple ongoing projects
• Work closely with company leadership to plan growth, set goals, and implement process improvements
• Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes, safety standards, and company policies
• Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, inspectors, vendors, and homeowners
• Monitor project progress, address challenges quickly, and provide solutions to keep jobs on track
• Participate in estimating, budgeting, and forecasting future workload and resource needs
• Oversee quality control to ensure consistent craftsmanship and customer satisfaction
• Represent the plumbing division in meetings, reporting on performance and identifying opportunities for improvement

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in a plumbing management or supervisory role
• At least 5+ years of hands-on experience in residential plumbing, including new construction and remodel projects
• Strong understanding of Georgia plumbing codes, standards, and permitting processes
• Proven ability to lead, train, and manage plumbing crews and field supervisors
• Experience overseeing budgets, scheduling, and project timelines for multiple jobs simultaneously
• Background in estimating, material procurement, and vendor management
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on quality control and customer satisfaction
• Ability to collaborate effectively with builders, inspectors, and internal departments
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Valid plumbing license or equivalent field experience preferred
