About the Role
As our National Health and Safety Advisor, you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring full compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
- Conducting thorough workplace inspections to identify potential hazards.
- Managing occupational health programs to promote employee well-being.
- Leading and executing comprehensive accident investigations.
- Organizing and delivering effective safety training sessions for all staff.
You will work closely with our project teams, fostering a strong culture of safety and ensuring the well-being of all employees involved in our projects.
About the Candidate
- Demonstrable expertise in Health & Safety and Occupational Health.
- Proven experience in conducting Accident Investigations.
- Proficiency in developing and delivering Safety Training, and a strong understanding of Environment Health and Safety (EHS) principles.
- An in-depth understanding of health and safety legislation and regulations.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Previous experience in the construction industry is a plus.
- Relevant certification in health and safety (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH) is preferred. b
